I build trusting, compassionate channels of communication, and have experience working with diverse populations, from veterans and parents, to the LGBTQ+, kink and non-monogamous communities.
Dedicated to lifelong learning, I have degrees in Philosophy, Classical Archaeology, Religious Studies and Counselling Psychology. I have been in the wellness industry for nearly two decades and have credentials as a certified nutritionist, mindfulness coach, birthing educator, Thai massage practitioner, yoga instructor and qualifying psychotherapist. I bring a myriad of knowledge, skill, and lived experience into my practice, which offers the unique advantage of considering your mental health from every direction. With your unique needs and intersectionality in mind, our work together is always collaborative while we establish your individualized goals for therapy and the best way forward for you.
